Waiver of Liability
I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions for the use of the pool, jacuzzi, and sauna facilities at Jardin Secret Spa/Wellness Center:
1. Assumption of Risk:

• I understand that the use of the pool, jacuzzi, and sauna involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, the risk of drowning, injury from slips and falls, overheating, dehydration, and other potential hazards.
• I acknowledge that there will be no lifeguard or attendant on duty in the pool area, jacuzzi, or sauna, and I am responsible for my own safety and the safety of any minors or dependents under my supervision.

2. Health and Safety:

• I certify that I am in good health and do not have any medical conditions that would prevent me from safely using the pool, jacuzzi, or sauna. I understand that if I have any health concerns, I should consult a physician before using these facilities.
• I agree to follow all posted rules and regulations for the use of the pool, jacuzzi, and sauna, including any instructions provided by Jardin Secret Spa/Wellness Center staff.

3. Release of Liability:

• I hereby release and discharge Jardin Secret Spa/Wellness Center, its owners, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from my use of the pool, jacuzzi, or sauna facilities, including but not limited to, personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death.

4. Indemnification:

• I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jardin Secret Spa/Wellness Center, its owners, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of my use of the pool, jacuzzi, or sauna facilities, including any legal fees or costs incurred in defense of such claims.

5. Supervision of Minors:

• I understand that minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times while using the pool, jacuzzi, or sauna facilities. I accept full responsibility for the safety and supervision of any minors under my care.

6. Emergency Situations:

• I agree to immediately report any accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to Jardin Secret Spa/Wellness Center staff. I understand that in the event of an emergency, I should call 911 or seek immediate medical attention.

Acknowledgment and Consent

• By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this waiver of liability. I voluntarily consent to the use of the pool, jacuzzi, and sauna facilities at Jardin Secret Spa/Wellness Center.
